The development Inholm, Northstowe is set to break new ground and House by Urban Splash wanted to do something just as new and revolutionary with their sales centre on site.
In order to take appointments and give potential buyers a glimpse into the design led approach to the development, the new ‘House Pavilion’ had to be bold, beautiful and ultra-sustainable. With a clear vision in mind Urban Splash approached The Image Group to add the finishing touches to the exterior and interior with a mix of signage, printed graphics and information centre pieces to add extra wow factor to the experience.
From a full and detailed brief, The Image Group delivered an external signage programme with 3D built up letters, bespoke way-finding signs, contour cut lettering and reverse plotted vinyl to the glazing sections.
On the inside the striking use of layered acrylic with reverse printed detail welcomes visitors into the centre. To finish the look, the walls were then decorated with printed CGI images of the development giving potential buyers a glimpse into what was to come.
